A Uganda-based, girl-focused foundation that merges three powerful forces: sports, environmental and community sustainability.
Welcome to the Primate Girls Go Green Foundation, a transformative community initiative rooted in the belief that when you empower a girl, you empower a nation. We are a Uganda-based, girl-focused foundation that merges three powerful forces: sports, environmental and community sustainability.
At our core, we are nurturing young girls into becoming not just future athletes and environmentalists but leaders, caregivers, and change-makers for generations to come.
This is more than a programβ¦it's a movement of young African girls leading the charge toward a healthier, greener, and more resilient future.
Three pillars that transform girls into leaders, athletes, and environmental stewards.
We use sports as a powerful tool for unity, empowerment, and holistic development. Our girls actively participate in football, volleyball and athletics where they learn vital life skills such as teamwork, confidence, discipline, leadership, and resilience.
In Uganda's rural communities especially those along forest boundaries our girls are planting fruit-bearing trees on family-owned land, making a direct impact on households, ecosystems, and the climate.
Our girls actively participate in athletics including running, jumping, and throwing β developing speed, strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness through school sports programs and competitions.
Explore Β· Empower Β· Protect
Our impact areas are nestled within Uganda's most scenic destinations surrounding lush forests, rolling hills, rivers, lakes, and wildlife-rich zones.
You'll journey through unspoiled landscapes, visit local communities, and witness firsthand where sports, tree planting, and conservation are creating ripple effects of transformation.
Whether you're a nature lover, sports enthusiast, culture explorer, or sustainability advocate, we offer experiences that include:
We believe that real, lasting change begins with girls. Girls are the heartbeat of every home and every community. By empowering them with skills, knowledge, and confidence, we set the foundation for entire communities to thrive.
Girls are future mothers, caregivers, and community leaders
They're smart, patient, and eager to learn
In African traditions, women and girls are deeply rooted in agriculture
Yet too often, they're left behind. We're here to rewrite that story.
With your support we can create opportunities for girls across Uganda, while planting trees and providing dreams of a greener and better future!
